PUBLIC OFFER
Public Offer Agreement
for the Provision of Recruitment and Staff Leasing Services
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) from PowerTech (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") to any legal or natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") to conclude a contract under the terms outlined below.
1.2. In accordance with applicable law, acceptance of this offer shall constitute the conclusion of a legally binding contract.
1.3. The offer is considered accepted if the Client fills out a request form on the website https://powertech.work, sends a written request, or begins using the Provider’s services.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider shall deliver recruitment, staff leasing, and other related services aimed at supplying qualified personnel according to the Client’s needs.
2.2. Services are provided based on the Client’s individual request and the specific terms agreed upon during mutual communication.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Provider agrees to:
4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
4.1. Service fees are determined individually, depending on the project scope and the selected cooperation model (staff leasing, direct hire, one-time recruitment, etc.).
4.2. Payment is made based on an invoice issued by the Provider. Services are considered delivered once the personnel are transferred to the Client or the agreed results are provided.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. Each Party shall be liable for failure to fulfill or for improper fulfillment of its obligations in accordance with applicable law.
5.2. The Provider shall not be liable for actions or omissions of personnel after they have been transferred to the Client’s disposal, unless otherwise specified in an individual agreement.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This offer comes into force upon its publication on the Provider’s website and remains valid indefinitely.
6.2. The Provider reserves the right to revoke the offer at any time. Any obligations arising prior to the revocation remain in force.
6.3. The Client may terminate services by notifying the Provider no later than 5 working days before the intended termination date.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the execution of this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. All personal data provided by the Client shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

- Provide support with documentation, personnel legalization, and adaptation;
- In case of staff leasing, manage the legal employment process and salary payments to workers.
- Provide accurate information about the required workers, working conditions, and specifics of the project;
- Make timely payments to the Provider based on issued invoices and signed agreements.
4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
